Our Company “AZAD FABRICATORS” which was established in the year 1992 is professionally managed Proprietorship firm headed by “SHEIKH MAQSOOD ALAM” came into being through taking over of our sister concern M/S GUDDU STEEL FABRICATORS which was established in the year 1984 with 25 members with a motto of working together as a team and provide the best services at minimal cost.

 

Our Firm deals basically in the field of Fabrication, Erection, Mechanical Installation and Plant Maintenance in a systematically planned & structured manner.

 

We have executed different types of Structural, Piping, Fabrication, Erection, Mechanical Installation and Plant Maintenance jobs for various reputed and prestigious clients. We have earned good reputation and appreciation from the clients whom we have served. A list of our Client and the works executed for them are enclosed herewith.

 

Now, we are having approx as many as 70 of staff members & 1000 of workmen with us and growing day by day.

  6. M/S GHORAHI CEMENT INDUSTRIES, Laxmipur, Ghorahi, NEPAL.

  7. M/S SHIVAM CEMENT LTD., Hateya, Hetauda, NEPAL.

 

 

Our finished project reflects our capabilities such as ‘SALGAJURI RAILWAY BRIDGE PROJECT’ Jamshedpur with challenge of high running voltage over and below the bridge and as speedy job as fabrication, erection and commissioning of conveyor belt comprising of 12,000 M.T. completed in a challenging period of 14 months of worth Rs. 6 crore at OSWAL CHEMICALS & FERTILIZERS LTD. Paradeep (Orissa) under CIMMCO BIRLA LTD. We have also carried out the major project work of M/S ADHUNIK CEMENT LTD., MEGHALAYA well in time even by facing the tuff situations and climatic conditions. We carried out approx 5000MT of erection in 8 months. The expansion project of M/S MEGHALAYA CEMENTS LTD. was also of the same kind and was carried out by us well in time.

FINISHED PROJECTS

       

1) ADHUNIK CEMENT LTD. (3500 TPD) JAINTIA HILLS, (MEGHALAYA)

 

 VARIOUS PROJECT WORKS: We have executed Erection, and Mechanical Installation of various sections like Pre-Heater, Raw Mill, Coal Mill, RABH, Blending Silo, Primary Crusher, Coal Crusher, ESP & DPC. A team of about 500 people was engaged for the project and has been commissioned in February’2010.

 

2) MEGHALAYA CEMENTS LTD.(2800 TPD EXTENSION) JAINTIA HILLS, (MEGHALAYA)

 

 VARIOUS PROJECT WORKS: We have executed Erection, and Mechanical Installation of various sections like Pre-Heater, Raw Mill, Coal Mill, RABH, Blending Silo elevator, ESP & Grate Cooler. A team of about 350 people was engaged for the project and has been commissioned in May’2011.

 

3) SHREE CEMENT LTD. (Grinding Unit) KHUSHKHERA (DIST. – ALWAR)

 

A) VARIOUS PROJECT WORKS: We have executed various project works such as fabrication, erection & mechanical installation of ROLLER PRESS, CLINKER STOCK PILE ALONG WITH ITS DE-DUSTING SYSTEM, CLINKER WEIGH FEEDER ALONG WITH VARIOUS CONNECTING CHUTES, VARIOUS STAIR CASES ALONG WITH ITS HAND RAILING, INSTALLATION OF CLAY HOPPER, FLY ASH HOPPER, TRUCK TRIPPLERS AND ITS SUPPORTING STRUCTURES, VARIOUS BAG HOUSES AND ITS CONNECTING DUCTS. We have commissioned the Project before 2 months of the schedule date.

 

B) ANNUAL MAINTENANCE CONTRACT: Keeping in view the performance of our team in commissioning of UNIT- I, the management of SHREE CEMENT decided to award us the annual maintenance contract. We have deputed 1 engineer, 20 high skilled labours, 40 skilled labours, 30 semi-skilled labours and 70 unskilled labours. At present the contract is renewed up to 31/12/2012.

 

4) SHREE CEMENT LTD. BEAWAR

 

A) WAGON TIPPLER AND CIRCULAR STACKER RECLAIMER: We had been awarded the project work of Fabrication & Erection of structures, plates and mechanical installation for the wagon tippler and circular stacker reclaimer with coal conveying system comprising of 4000MT of work worth Rs. 6 Crore. A team of 400 people were engaged for the Project and has been commissioned in the month of Dec’ 2011.

 

B) ROLLER PRESS PROJECT: We had been awarded the project of Fabrication & Erection of structures, plates and mechanical installation for Roller Press. The Erection of this Project was carried out manually (By lifting arrangement) as there was no space for mobilization of Crane. Therefore it was a challenging project for us of its kind. A team of 300 people were engaged for the Project and has been commissioned in the month of Jan, 2010.

 

C) GYPSUM PROJECT: We have executed Fabrication, Erection and Mechanical Installation of Conveying System and Pipeline for Dense Phase for Gypsum Plant in the year 2010.

                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                         

D) WASTE HEAT RECOVERY BOILER (WHRB):  This system was to utilize the waste heat from pre-heater in generating electricity. The job was carried out manually up to a height of 120 meters with a team of 300 people comprising of engineers, 50 highly skilled labours such as erectors and fabricators, 100 skilled labours such as fitters, welders and riggers, 50 semi-skilled labours such as assistant fitters tecker welders and khalasis, 100 unskilled labours.

 

E) LABOUR SUPPLY: We are supplying all kind of skilled and unskilled labours for all type of maintenance work in unit I & II.

                                                                                                                                                                                                         

5) SHREE CEMENT LTD. (K.S.T.P.S KOTA):

 

A) ANNUAL MAINTENANCE CONTRACT: Shree cement has awarded us the Operation & maintenance contract for their fly ash handling & transportation system at KOTA SUPER THERMAL POWER STATION SITE.

 

6) J.K WHITE CEMENT WORKS, (GOTAN, DIST. NAGAUR):

 

A) FABRICATION ERECTION AND INSTALLATION OF NEW CEMENT MILL: Recently we have carried out the fabrication, erection and installation of a new Cement Mill Section. The work included of a Ball Mill, Separator, Elevator, 3 nos. of Bag House, Hoppers, Screw Conveyors, various duct lines etc.

 

B) FABRICATION ERECTION AND INSTALLATION OF NEW DOLOMITE CRUSHING SECTION: We have executed the work of Dolomite crushing section. The work includes installation of a Ball Mill along with its accessories, 3 nos. of Elevators, various Air slides, Belt Conveyors, Screw Conveyors, Separator, Hoppers, 7 nos. of Bag Filters and various duct lines. The work also includes the fabrication and erection of a Dolomite Silo for stocking the crushed material.  

 

C) PUTTY PROCESSING SYSTEM: This system was being installed to meet the demand. Wall putty has come before us as the basic thing in the process of making a perfect house. Therefore to meet the demand the company had decided to install new white cement based putty processing plant. A team of 50 workers was engaged in giving the final touch to the project.

 

D) FABRICATION ERECTION AND INSTALLATION OF NEW PACKING PLANT: A new packing plant was installed to overcome the demand of White Cement. The work included of installation of a 12 nozzle packer, 2 truck loaders, 1 Container loader, Screen, Mixture, Elevator, Dust Collector, hopper, ducts etc.

 

E) INSTALLATION OF TRUCK LOADER AND CONTAINER LOADER FOR PUTTY PLANT: The demand of the Putty has increased a lot. To increase the dispatch, a new truck loader and a container loader has been installed.

 

7) J.K. CEMENT LTD. (GOTAN – DIST.-NAGAUR)

 

A) FABRICATION, ERECTION & COMMISSIONING OF PRE-HEATER SECTION: This job was being carried out up to a height of 100 meters. The job comprises of even dismantling of old pre-heater. 20 high skilled labours, 40 skilled labours, 20 semi-skilled and 50 unskilled along with engineer were engaged.

 

B) FABRICATION ERECTION & COMMISSIONING OF PETRO COKE SECTION: This section basically crushes the petro-coke to powder and supply it to the kiln for burning the clinker and provides a temperature up to 1500°C. Teams of 10 high skilled 15 skilled and 25 unskilled labours were working under the guidance of an engineer.

 

C) FABRICATION, ERECTION & COMMISSIONING OF ESP SECTION: This section was meant to control the air pollution by absorbing the minute dust particles. 10 high skilled, 15 skilled and 25 semiskilled labours were engaged.

 

                                                                                   

D) FABRICATION ERECTION & COMMISSIONING OF VARIOUS BAG FILTERS: This system is basically used to control the air pollution. It absorbs the dust particles and prevents the air pollution. It transfers the dust which is not absorbed by it to ESP. 10 high skilled, 15 skilled and 25 unskilled labours were engaged.

 

E) FABRICATION ERECTION & COMMISIONING OF RAW MILL SECTION: This section crushes the lime stone to powder and supply it to the blending silo from where the same is discharged to pre heater before it enters the kiln. A team of 15 high skilled 25 skilled and 50 unskilled labours were working under the guidance of site supervisors and engineer.

 

F) COMMISSIONING OF GRATE COOLER ALONG WITH DRAG CHAIN: Grate cooler is the system to cool the super heated clinker, coming out from the kiln after being baked up to a temperature of 1500°C. 20 high skilled, 10 skilled and 15 unskilled labours were engaged.

 

G) FABRICATION ERECTION AND INSTALLATION OF PACKING PLANT: 60 manpower (skilled and unskilled) was engaged in various fabrication, erection and installation activities including the 8 nozzle Packer, 2 nos. of Truck Loader, screen, elevator, Dust collector etc.

 

H) FABRICATION ERECTION AND INSTALLATION OF NEW CLINKER SILO: A new clinker silo has been setup for stocking the clinker. The work includes the roof, pent house, Dome, Bag filter, galleries, 4 nos. of DPC etc.

                                                                                 

I) EXTENSION OF ESP CHAMBER: To increase the capacity, the extension of ESP has been done by increasing one chamber.

 

8) PARADEEP PORT TRUST (ORISSA)

 

A) ANNUAL MAINTENANCE OF STACKER CUM RECLAIMER III: This is the system to load and unload the ship. It stacks the material from Oswal chemicals on the port and then it is loaded on the ship for export. A team of 30 members is engaged round the clock in maintaining the smooth running of the system.
